Eat Paint Talk

Creativity was flowing last Saturday when a group of 5 London expats met at the Biscuit Ceramic Cafe in Greenwich.

I organised this get together as I missed the first one that Melizza over at Sifting Through organised in the summer, and I wanted to do some art.  Jen at She Went Away has posted about it also.

My little teapot

It was a great time and for me it was especially nice to discuss the perks and challenges of expat life with people with lived experience.

Feedback from the ladies indicates that they would like to keep this going.  I think it’s best if we rotate the responsibility of organising but still all contribute ideas for what we’d like to do.  If you have expressed interest and couldn’t make it out then rest assured we will do it again.  Watch this space for future meet ups.

  1. Nice!
There’s a place in Halifax called Clay Cafe. They have pottery that people can paint. I always wanted to go, but never made it. This reminds me of that place. No such place in Nassau though. Business idea, maybe?
